Veganism is something very close to my heart and will always be. I understand that not everybody who enjoys my content will be Vegan themselves and I want you to know that I'm not here to judge you or pressure you into veganism. 

Each person is on their own journey, that's part of existing and being alive. We all grow and learn and are exposed to many different things in our lives, which shape us into the people we are today. I want to include veganism in this website because it's a part of my journey. Veganism to me is about becoming more compassionate, more aware and living a more sustainable life, which is better for both yourself and our planet.

I want to help others who want need the help to take the extra step towards veganism or who just want to include more plants in their diet. Carnivores and Herbivores alike can all enjoy the recipes that I share here and we can all become healthier and more plant based together!
