Quick And Easy Peanut Sauce
This is a super easy and tasty peanut sauce that goes really well with steamed veggies and potatoes
  • 1 TBS Peanut Butter
  • 1TBS Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 TSP Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 - 1/2 TSP Ground Onion/Garlic
  • 1/8 TSP Chilli Flakes
  • 1-2 TBS Coconut milk (optional)
  • 1- 2 TBS Water (instead of coconut milk)
  • 1/2 TBS Nutritional Yeast
Place the peanut butter, soy sauce and spices into a large mugAdd in 1TBS at a time of your chosen liquid (coconut milk, water, vegetable stock from steamed veggies)Add in the nutritional yeast if (it tastes amazing without it too so don't worry if you don't have any) and mix adding more liquid until you get the consistency you like. It's better to add a little liquid at a time to ensure it doesn't go too runnyIf the mixture goes too runny you can easily thicken it back up by adding either more peanut butter or more Nutritional yeastPour over your veggies and enjoy!
