Easy and Delicious Tofu Scramble

Tofu Scramble is a staple in my diet, I absolutely love it, it's one of my go-to recipes when i'm really busy or when I just want to nurture my body. It's filled with delicious spices and lots of flavour.

Tofu Scramble
This recipe never fails to disappoint and goes down a treat at any time of day, be it breakfast lunch or dinner!
  • 350g Tofu
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce/Braggs Aminos
  • 1/2 Cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Tumeric
  • Pinch Chilli Flakes
  • 1 inch Fresh Ginger
  • 1-2 Cloves Garlic
Finely chop/grate the ginger and garlic and sauté it in water or oil until fragrant, add in your tofu and break it into pieces using a fork. Add your soy sauce and spices and stir, once it has absorbed the liquid add in the nutritional yeast and serve. I like to add fresh spinach to my tofu scramble as it finishes it off nicely!
